7IBI CIPD level 7 module Investigating a Business Issue from a Human Resources Perspective. It enables learners to demonstrate their capacity to diagnose and explore a real-world, complicated business issue from a human resource perspective. What are the Evaluation Criteria?

This module is assessed using a variety of approaches to ensure that the learners' objectives are satisfied. Essentially, evaluation is used to demonstrate learners' conceptual understanding and their capacity to connect theory to practise.

Summative evaluation should be used to evaluate all 7 IBI learning outcomes. If the learner is required to pass this module, the assessment must comprise a 7000-word management research report or an authorised alternative.
